ISLAMIC LAWS - English Version of Taudhihul Masae’l of fatwa of Ayatullah Al Uzma Syed Ali al-Husaini Seestani Paperback, in 529 pages After the deaths of Ayatullah al uzama Syed Abul Qasim al Khui and Ayatullah al uzama Syed Muhammad Reza Gulpayghani, the secretariat has been inundated with requests from mukallidin for the English translation of the Taudhihul Masae'l of Ayatullah al uzama Syed Ali al Husaini Seestani. In accordance with the wishes expressed by Ayatullah Seestani, that the translation of his Risalah in English be published by the World Federation, the secretariat duly embarked upon the publication of this complete English version of his Taudhihul Masae'l which ends with the Laws of Inheritance. I must acknowledge the painstaking efforts, despite his many commitments, by Mulla Asgharali M. M.}after, whose proficiency in Arabic, Farsi as well as English, not to mention his profound understanding of the subject of Fiqh, which enabled us to produce a rendering that is very readable and simplifies the often complex subject matter. I would also like to thank Haji Naushad Merali for assisting with the proof reading. For the benefit of readers we have also indicated (by the sign after the number) where the masae'l vary partially or wholly from those of Marhum Ayatullah al Uzama Syed Abul Qasin El Khui. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of the contents, Mumineen are urged to write to the secretariat if they spot any errors to enable us to correct the same for future editions. We also hope to produce, Inshallah, a computer program, with full search facilities for all the masae'l contained in the book, to enable Mumineen to use the material on their home or office computers.
